Let’s face it: in today’s fast-paced business world, every minute counts. One activity we often overlook in our quest for efficiency is transforming meeting notes into coherent outlines or action items. It can be tedious, time-consuming, and sometimes downright frustrating. What if I told you there was a tool to make sense of your scribbles and fragmented thoughts and present them in a clear, actionable format? Enter ChatGPT. By dumping your meeting notes into this revolutionary platform, you’re saving time and ensuring that every piece of information is maximized to its full potential. This blog post will delve into the magic behind this process and how it can become a game-changer for professionals everywhere.

Meeting Automation Workflow #1

Automate your meeting notes using the following software/website(s):

  • Krisp
  • https://chatgpt-prompt-splitter.vercel.app
  • chat.openai.com

Workflow:

  1. Install Krisp Ai
  2. Configure Krisp to use the microphone on your computer and your speaker.
  3. Set your default microphone and speaker on all apps to Krisp Ai
  4. Whenever you are in a meeting that lasts over 5 minutes, it will auto-transcribe the meeting.
  5. Once the meeting ends, you can select ‘My Meetings’ from the Krisp client. This will provide you with all the transcripts that have been captured.
  6. Inside the ‘My Meetings’ section, select the meeting you want the transcript of
  7. Click ‘Copy Text’; this will copy the transcript to the clipboard
  8. Open your web browser to https://chatgpt-prompt-splitter.vercel.app
  9. Inside the box ‘Enter the long prompt to be splitted‘ paste the entire transcript.
  10. Select the button ‘Split into parts’
  11. Scroll to the bottom of the website and select the far-left green box ‘Copy part 1/# to the clipboard’
  12. After selecting the box, it will copy the first part of your transcript into the clipboard.
  13. Open your web browser to https://chat.openai.com
  14. Inside OpenAi, at the ‘Send a message section, paste Part 1 of your transcript and select Send (Arrow right)
  15. Repeat steps 11 through 14 until you have selected all the green boxes at the bottom.
  16. Inside of OpenAi, type ‘write a summary from this meeting’, and this will give you the key points from the meeting.

Meeting Automation Workflow #2

Automate your meeting notes using the following software:

  • Krisp Ai
  • ZOOM

Workflow:

  1. Install Krisp Ai
  2. Configure Krisp to use the microphone on your computer and your speaker.
  3. With the ZOOM client, ensure your microphone and speaker point to Krisp.
  4. Whenever you are in a meeting that lasts over 5 minutes, it will auto-transcribe the meeting.
  5. Once the meeting ends, you can select ‘My Meetings’ from the Krisp client. This will provide you with all the transcripts that have been captured.
  6. Inside the ‘My Meetings’ section, select ‘Summary’ to get an AI-generated summary of that transcribed meeting.
